DaSegno Terms of Use

Welcome to DaSegno. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

DaSegno is a professional music notation editor that provides score creation, editing, playback, and export features. The app offers free basic features and premium features via paid subscription.

2. User Content

• You own all music scores you create
• Your content is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account
• We do not view, use, or share your score content

3. Subscriptions

• DaSegno Pro is an auto-renewable subscription processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before expiration unless cancelled beforehand
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone/iPad
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription

4. Acceptable Use

When using this application, you agree to:

• Not use the app for any illegal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the application
• Not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the app

5. Intellectual Property

• The design, code, and branding of DaSegno are protected by intellectual property laws
• Music fonts included in the app (Bravura, Leland) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License
• SoundFont files included in the app are subject to their respective open-source licenses

6. Disclaimer

• This application is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
• We are not liable for any data loss resulting from the use of this application
• We recommend regularly backing up important scores via iCloud or the export function

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
