一、服务说明
DaSegno 是一款专业的乐谱编辑器，提供乐谱创建、编辑、播放、导出等功能。应用可免费下载，全部功能需通过付费解锁：自动续费年订阅，或一次性买断，二者任选其一。
二、用户内容
- 您创建的乐谱内容归您所有
- 您的内容存储在设备本地及您的个人 iCloud 账户中
- 我们不会查看、使用或分享您的乐谱内容
三、订阅服务
- DaSegno Pro 年订阅为自动续费订阅，通过 Apple App Store 处理
- 订阅将在到期前 24 小时内自动续费，除非您在此之前取消
- 您可以在 iPhone/iPad 的「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅
- DaSegno Pro 买断为一次性购买，永久解锁全部功能，不会自动续费
四、使用规范
使用本应用时，您同意：
- 不将应用用于任何违法目的
- 不尝试对应用进行逆向工程、反编译或破解
- 不干扰或破坏应用的正常运行
五、知识产权
- DaSegno 应用本身的设计、代码和品牌受知识产权法保护
- 应用内包含的音乐字体（Bravura、Leland）遵循 SIL Open Font License
- 应用内包含的音源（SoundFont）遵循其各自的开源许可协议
六、免责声明
- 本应用按「现状」提供，不作任何明示或暗示的保证
- 我们不对因使用本应用导致的数据丢失承担责任
- 建议您定期通过 iCloud 或导出功能备份重要乐谱
七、条款变更

Welcome to DaSegno. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
DaSegno is a professional music notation editor that provides score creation, editing, playback, and export features. The app is free to download; all features are unlocked by either an auto-renewable annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
2. User Content
- You own all music scores you create
- Your content is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account
- We do not view, use, or share your score content
3. Subscriptions
- DaSegno Pro Yearly is an auto-renewable subscription processed through the Apple App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before expiration unless cancelled beforehand
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone/iPad
- DaSegno Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks all features and never renews
4. Acceptable Use
When using this application, you agree to:
- Not use the app for any illegal purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the application
- Not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the app
5. Intellectual Property
- The design, code, and branding of DaSegno are protected by intellectual property laws
- Music fonts included in the app (Bravura, Leland) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License
- SoundFont files included in the app are subject to their respective open-source licenses
6. Disclaimer
- This application is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
- We are not liable for any data loss resulting from the use of this application
- We recommend regularly backing up important scores via iCloud or the export function
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
